From urgent care to treating minor injuries, the clinic provides a wide range of health care services, including:

  • Urgent walk-in care
    Earache, sinus infections, rashes, bronchitis, eye infections, sore throats, minor cuts, chicken pox, athlete’s foot, minor burns, fever for fewer than 72 hours, bladder infections, etc.
  • Preventive health
    Blood pressure and cholesterol screenings; health evaluations; influenza A & B testing and PPD/tuberculosis testing; vaccines for infants, children and adults including flu, GARDASIL series (HPV), Hepatitis B, measles, mumps and rubella (MMR), and tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis (Tdap); well-baby; child and woman exams; etc.
  • Wellness programs
    The clinic can connect you to the Fountain of Health Wellness Program where there are many opportunities to get involved, including Face-to-Face Coaching, disease management, access to a registered dietician and much more. Face-to-Face Coaching offers help with sleep issues, tobacco use, weight, social support, self-replenishment, physical activity and healthy eating habits. Disease Management provides education if you are diagnosed with diabetes, asthma, COPD, CAD or CHF. The city’s Registered Dietician offers in-depth nutritional counseling.     Sport, school and camp physicals for covered dependents
  • Health risk assessment
    After you log in to Blue Cross and Blue Shield and take your Health Risk Assessment, make an appointment with the clinic to find ways to improve your overall health.
