Men: Stay on Top of Your Health 
Health Information for Men (HIM) are 20 to 30-minute sessions that address important topics that affect men’s health, with take-home materials and activities to boost your knowledge. If your location is interested in offering this type of class, please have your Wellness Ambassador send the Fountain of Health staff a request. These classes are offered by University of Missouri Extension. Click for details. Enhance your health and well-being.  
Who's Got Your Best Interests at Heart? 
In a six-month period last year (May through October 2018), Blue Cross Blue Shield and the Kansas City Health Care Trust saved an estimated $5.4 million through network savings, the FirstNurse program, and Express Scripts. These savings drive down costs for the City and help to contain your health care premiums. It's working for you!
Total Savings So Far. . . 
By the way — according  according to a Blue Cross Blue Shield estimate, if we look at total savings in first 18-months of the program (May 2017 through October 2018), network savings, FirstNurse and Express Scripts have together saved you and the City $14.1 million dollars. And those savings keep adding up.

7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
and 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Saturday:
9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Monday-Friday:

8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and
2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
