The Medical Kiosk - Powered by Saint Luke's
The Medical Kiosk in City Hall is a convenient way to take care of a wide range of minor, non-urgent illnesses and injuries, with no-copay and no deductible. You'll teleconference with a nurse practitioner who can diagnose your medical problem and even offer a prescription. Available to employees, retirees, and family members 18-months and older enrolled in the City's Blue KC insurance plans. A Healthier You™ (AHY) is Blue KC's suite of health and wellness services. The cornerstone of AHY is your personalized member portal, which can be accessed online or via the Blue KC A Healthier You app. Simply long into MyBlueKC.com from your computer (using Google Chrome), and click on Health & Wellness to access A Healthier You.

FirstNurse™: Effective for Employees – and the City
Injured on the job? Report the incident immediately to your supervisor, who will put you in touch with FirstNurse™. FirstNurse will recommend appropriate action – ranging from an ER visit to a more measured approach, such as icing the injury. It's Not Hard. Carry Your Blue KC Card!
Using your Blue KC member ID card when you visit a health services provider assures that your claim is processed quickly and correctly - which helps everyone. Make sure you have your card, and carry it with you. And please remember to update your card with your pharmacy.

7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
and 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Saturday:
9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Monday-Friday:

8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and
2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
