The KCMO Employee Clinic and Medical Kiosk at Your Service
The Kansas City Health Care Trust Employee Clinic , 2400 Troost, Suite 1300, and the Medical Kiosk, 8th Floor, City Hall, are both open and ready to serve you during their normal hours. (See below.)
 
At the Clinic, due to social distancing guidelines, it's highly recommended that you call in advance to schedule an appointment. Remote "telehealth" visits are also available via your desktop, tablet or smartphone. The Medical Kiosk is accepting walk-ins, with appointments recommended for those taking advantage of biometric screening.  
 
Note that neither the Clinic nor the Medical Kiosk are equipped to test for or treat possible COVID-19 cases. Those exhibiting possible symptoms will be referred to appropriate medical providers. You can reach the Clinic at 816-513-6001, or the Medical Kiosk at 816-513-8870.

Virtual Care: The Care You Need - Anywhere, 24/7
The Blue KC Virtual Care app provides access to board-certified doctors and behavioral health therapists from your smartphone, tablet, or computer. For urgent or sick care: no appointments are necessary, and the cost is $59.00 per visit or less, depending on your plan's benefits. For Spira Care members (excluding Spira Care HSA Eligible members) appointments are free.  For behavioral healthcare:  Licensed psychologists and counselors are available for scheduled sessions, starting at $85 but varying by provider (applies toward your deductible). Workers' Comp Savings Continue to Grow
The City's Work Comp program continues to deliver strong satisfaction ratings (78%), even as savings continue to add up. In the past year (May 1, 2019 through April 30, 2020) savings from cost-effective care through network savings, the First Nurse program and prescription medications delivered via Express Scripts tallied $11.7 million dollars.

Monday-Friday:

7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
and 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Saturday:
9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Monday-Friday:

8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and
2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
